Wedding sweets 

The main dainty of a celebration is wedding bread or a wedding cake. Perhaps, the appearance of the cake is one of the brightest and even the theatrical moment. It is not important how the cake was baked by confectioners or not according to tradition it symbolizes a family.

More than thousand years ago in Roman Empire the groom broke the bread made of wheaten or barley flour over the bride’s head and gave loaves to the guests. It also symbolized wife’s submission to the husband.
